Why is suits season so short

After squabbling with Faye Richardson Denise Crosby all season, Harvey, Louis, and the rest of their allies were able to throw her out of the company. Mike was also on hand to support his former colleagues in beating their mutual foe. As Harvey moves to the West Coast, it means the law firm will have to change its name once again to represent the remaining lawyers. All was wrapped up in about 47 minutes and several heart-warming moments were also hurried to fit everything in.

The emotional moments and moments of heartbreak may have been exacerbated. Scenes like Louis delivering a son, Harvey proposing, and Katrina being a name partner felt hurried , and emotional conversations between the cast during these times would have been the icing on the cake.

Harvey seemed to back down too easily in the scene where Faye signed the wrong piece of paper, particularly when the partners had Faye. Jessica should have been in the finale, according to many viewers. Oviya Priyadharshini is a Master in commerce. There was never a different ending that was seriously contemplated, no. Adams and Meghan Markle. When I wrote the first script I had no intention of even attempting to sell it. I never contemplated even what would happen in episode two let alone episode Then, even if I had, we went so much farther.

Mike went to prison. That could have been an ending. I had no idea what the ending was going to be, and there were times when I thought maybe the ending would be Harvey and Donna getting together but we ended up doing that last year. But no, I never was sure they were going to get together. That evolved over the years and we decided to do it. Certainly, Seasons 1 through 4 was not a foregone conclusion that they were going to get together.

What were they? KORSH : That was really because our promo department made a mistake and they spoiled both Donna and Harvey getting engaged and Donna and Harvey getting married, and one of our extras to some degree spoiled Harvey leaving the firm with the final name of the firm.

Unfortunately that ending got spoiled for at least some amount of fans but that was the purpose for that. Part of it was, when I actually asked my wife to marry me, we were going away for the weekend. I had planned a very special weekend to ask her to marry me, and I was worried she was going to see it coming.

So I told her the night before we were going away not to expect me to ask her to marry her. It was a stupid thing to do. She got upset, and I ended up asking her to marry me that very night because it upset her. So we ended up getting engaged that night instead.

Trade the nipples for tailoring and there's not much to separate the two worlds. There's enough plotting and back-stabbing to make George R. Plus, Varys Conleth Hill and Catelyn Stark Michelle Fairley actually make an appearance in Seasons 2 and 3 - though admittedly in incarnations more suitable to modern-day Manhattan.

The quotable heart of it all is Harvey Specter Gabriel Macht , with his spectacular expanse of forehead. His Specterisms are a handbook of platitudes for life in a dog-eat-dog world. Suits props up the fantasy that if you "get your shit together", "have goals instead of dreams" and "break the god damn wall down" when your back's up against it, you can be Harvey Specter too. Though your forehead will never be as impressive. The other half of Suits ' much-loved bromance, Mike Ross, gives hope to university drop-outs everywhere.

He manages to make it to partner status in a top law firm and through 4. Mike's the underdog; just a normal guy trying to get by. While ostensibly Suits is about the law, the first half of Season 5 told us that in the end, all that really matters is family, not business. Her name is on the wall with Wheeler as well. Harvey and Donna end sweet and leave to join their friends in Seattle. It would have been monotonous and not that fun to pull the story ahead.

With a great and clean ending, the Suits crew said goodbye after season 9. In fact, after season 9 that there was an attempt to keep the drama and the legacy running showcasing Jessica and her struggles in the new city.

It was cancelled after one season. And this is why there will be no Suits season
